If you have recieved your welcome email with login credentials, please click on LOGIN and proceed to edit your Organization information.
If you have marched in last year's parade and have not recieved your credentials, please check that the email from last year is still valid. Proceed to REGISTER and if your Organization is in our system, it will display on the screen and you may re-send the credentials. If the contact email has changed, please contact the Parade office to get that changed and then we can send your credentials. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER AS A NEW ORGANIZATION.
If you are a new Organization, proceed to the REGISTER button and fill out ALL red marked fields. Please be precise in all your fields as this information is used to contact your Organization properly and to be properly announced at the reviewing stand.

Dear Parade Participant:

Greetings from the Groveport Fourth of July Committee. It is our pleasure to have you participate in what we believe is one of the most well attended parades in Central Ohio. There is nothing more exciting than attending “Central Ohio’s Hometown” parade. This year’s parade staging and route will once again begin at the Groveport Recreation Center running west to Hendron Road. The parade will conclude at the Glendening Elementary School/Middle School South location. This is where all entries will be offloaded.

To ensure a timely start to the parade, all entries must be in place at the Groveport Recreation Center by 10:00 a.m. Shuttle buses will run from the Middle School South parking lot to the Recreation Center beginning at 8:00 a.m. The last shuttle bus will leave the Middle School South parking lot at 9:50 a.m., so plan accordingly.

All parade participants must return their parade entry form by Friday, June 20th. Registering on or before the deadline is REQUIRED to participate in this year’s parade.

There is a $75 fee for political office seekers to participate in the parade. Checks should be made payable to Groveport Community Improvement Corporation (CIC). All other entries are free.
